Betterview Construction is officially a licensed Vendor and Builder with the Home Construction Regulatory Authority. As we take on this responsibility, we look forward to serving our community and clients with quality new builds, additions and renovation projects.

Our History and Development
In 2013, the company's founder, Jeffrey Huang, entered the industry in the role of an apprentice.
In 2015, we ventured into full-house renovation projects with building permits.
In 2016, we expanded into residential additions and commercial renovation services.
In 2018, we established our first showroom and office, （2150 square feet） in Richmond Hill.
In 2021, we relocated to our current office address and commenced operations (8400 square feet), expanding our team in the process.
in 2022, we obtained the HCRA (Home Construction Regulatory Authority) builder's license, qualifying us to undertake residential development projects and sales, both for low-rise and high-rise structures.

Betterview Construction Ltd. provides a comprehensive 3-year warranty for all completed residential renovations and additions. This warranty covers both labor and materials. For new build projects, we are eligible to participate in Tarion warranty insurance. Internally, we maintain detailed warranty records, including the warranty period and the nature of the warranty coverage, ensuring a thorough documentation of your warranty information.
